Usually, credit information is shared between finance providers, credit providers, and credit reporting bodies (CRBs). Personal information derived by a CRB based on the credit information held by the CRB and having any impact on an individual’s creditworthiness, past or present eligibility for credit, is referred to as “CRB Derived Information”.
You may also need to provide personal information about other individuals, such as joint applicants, co-applicants, guarantors, authorized representatives, or the contact information for your accountant or solicitor. If this is the case, we rely on you to inform those individuals that you are sharing their personal information with us and obtain their consent. Additionally, you must inform them of this policy and how they can reach us for further information (refer to the “Contact Us” section).
If you choose not to provide certain personal information, it may impact the quality of service we provide. This includes the possibility of not being able to offer the services you require, tailoring our offerings to your preferences, or having a less enjoyable or useful experience.
Sensitive Information

We do not use offshore personnel for marketing or sales purposes, and we will not share your credit information with credit reporting bodies unless they have a business presence in Australia.
Sharing with CRBs
We may disclose information about you to a credit reporting bodies (CRB) when you apply for credit, have obtained credit through us, or if you are considering guaranteeing someone else’s obligations to us. When we share your information with a CRB, it may be included in reports that the CRB provides to other organizations, such as other lenders, to assess your creditworthiness.
